A healthy body is a pre requisite to a healthy and sharp mind. In keeping with the ongoing circumstances some essential physical exercises that keep our children fit and confident. We care for our children and are proud of them as they continue to be effective in all aspects of our virtual school.
Life skills are the skills and knowledge needed to lead a healthy and meaningful life. It implies
being healthy not just physically but emotionally and mentally as well. At S D Vidya we conduct regular life skill and counselling sessions for children to help them strengthen their emotional and social quotient .
The SD Vidya School’ in providing hands on experience of our traditional art forms to our students.
The school took an initiative for organizing various ‘Virtual Art Workshops’ for our students based on our traditional tribal art like Warli, Madhubani & Mandala Art Forms emphasising on giving wings to the students’s artistic skills and imagination. Some glimpses of the workshop..

The prevailing pandemic situation of COVID-19 can be aggravated with increased indoor pollution, therefore the health and welfare of our students is our prime concern.
Virtual Yoga classes are organized for our students. The Yoga classes would be beneficial for the mental and physical wellbeing of our students.

Enhancing the quality to your communication skills adds quality to your life. A good communicator can scale mountains, cross rivers and change beliefs with his/ her powerful words. So, to make our students fine speakers, excellent listeners outmatched readers and good writers communication building and vocabulary enrichment classes were held during the summer break with a determined effort and hope to enhance the communication abilities of our SD Vidyan’s.

Values,when instilled at the right age, have an everlasting effect on the lives of the children. It is often said “Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.” Keeping this in mind, a worthy effort was made during the summer break to keep our students engaged in a positive way by introducing Value Education classes to enlighten them about the rich and diverse culture of India and the values it has bestowed on us.
