SD Vidya School too has its unique character, thanks to its virtuous legacy – it is owned and managed by a “Society”, known as Sanatan Dharam Society (Lahore); established in 1916 in Lahore and its patrons were renowned educationists and philanthropist of that time – namely (i) Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya, (ii) Vachaspati DeenDayal Upadyaya, (iii) Goswami Ganesh Dutt, (iv) Pandit Rishi Ram, (v) Dewan Krishan Kishore, (vi) ND Ram Bahadur, (vi) Ram Saran Das.

The “Society” manages several educational Institutions, prominent among them are (i) Sanatan Dharam PG College, Ambala Cantt., registered with Kurukshetra University (ii) SD Vidya School, Ambala Cantt and (iii) SD Vidya School, Noida; run on ‘no profit’ basis
